Designed for our youngest athletes ages 10-13, our youth performance classes leverage a series of drills and games focused on building proper movement patterns, power and agility to set the foundation for building strength in an age-appropriate environment. HYBRID (8TH GRADE) PERFORMANCE PACKAGES & PRICING
Our Hybrid Performance Program is intended for athletes who will be transitioning into our High School Performance program. These athletes typically start in our Youth Performance classes and have reached reached 8th grade along with proficiency in selected movement patterns as assessed by our coaches. ASSESMENTS
Our assessments are created to give us a fuller picture of an athlete’s injury history, movement patterns and overall abilities to allow us to tailor programming to meet each individual athlete’s needs. An assessment is required for all athletes over age 14 only f there is an extensive injury history. Please reach out to us at info@exceedspf.com if you have questions about assessments.
